USNPHAI Rules & Regulations

Rule 1: Property Maintenance

All residents must maintain their property, including lawns, fences, and exteriors.

Rule 2: Noise Control

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Residents should minimize loud noises during these hours.

Rule 3: Parking Regulations

Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. No blocking of driveways or emergency access points.

Rule 4: Pet Policies

Pets must be leashed in common areas, and owners must clean up after them.
