Section 7. Right and Duty of Every Homeowner
Every homeowner has the right to enjoy the basic community services and facilities, provided that all necessary fees and charges for such services are paid.
Section 8. Duties and Responsibilities of a Homeowner
A homeowner shall have the following duties
To timely pay beneficial user fees and other charges for community services, including vehicle pass stickers, construction fees, and/or bonds.
To comply with subdivision/village rules, government housing/resettlement program policies, and deed restrictions annotated on the property title or sale contracts
To follow the rules, directives, and issuances from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
Section 9. Nature of Membership
Membership in the association is generally voluntary unless:
Automatic or compulsory membership is stipulated in the contract to sell, deed of sale, or other property conveyance instruments.
It is included in the deed of restrictions annotated on the property title or attached to related documents.
